Will not pay private schools.

I will build houses for those who will lose their job or earnings from my Order.

So people will rent these government houses; Till They decide to leave.
Eg. Buy a new house Or Rent a non Government house etc.
Or save money to buy or deposit (Etc) for a new house. (Whilst renting affordable Government Houses.).

The Government Houses are like a granny flat, shipping container, cabin, temporary, movable/ Mobile/ Transportable, Relocatable/ etc houses, or other etc.
(I personally do not like shipping containers: But used as an example).

The house should be satisfactory (At Least).
The material or house should be sturdy, editable, movable?, other; And Cheap.
So The House Should be Good and Cheap. (To build and other costs).

You can no complain about the look/ design or other of the house.
You are not in a position to complain.
Eg. Homeless or do not have a property etc. (or Renters or other).
This is not your dream home.
You can not choose the design, colour, material, how many rooms, etc.
This house is to provide temporary shelter.
A human habitat.

I can just very Cheaply use markers to draw up a land.
Throw tents on it.
Build a rest/ shower facilty here and there.
How can anyone complain.
When you don't even have a shelter. (Or proper shelter).

But people will choose the food when there is famine or food shortage etc.

Even the rich, power, other, will have difficulty in famine etc.

There will or will not be finance cuts to earnings of MP's.
If a country is Independent and has a Governer General.
I will get rid of the Governor General Role.

When I walk past the doctor's or place.
I something like think to myself and laugh saying something like These People need Jesus.

You can heal yourself from Cancer, Infections, diseases, HIV / AIDS, Cardiovascular diseases, Injuries, etc.).

One may say arn't all or majority of babies born in hospitals.
I will say how were they born in the old days.

So because your faith sucks.
I will keep hospitals not cut. (I want to cut it).

I would rather be housed and have no access to hospitals/ doctors etc. (Or satisfactory or below satisfactory access).
Then to be homeless and have access to the best hospitals/ doctors etc.

However I will make cuts to the Mental Health etc.
Any Government Funded will be cut.
Also any institutions of such; Such as ones with straight jackets, medication etc.
However I am not 100% decided if I will cut all.
Especially the medication ones. (The ones where supposedly they need it to live).
So only private mental health services facilities etc will be open etc.

I also have an opinion or understanding that Both the Christian (or other) and atheist, skeptics, at least disagree or are skeptic or skeptical about Mental Health and Medication.
So If both the Christian and atheist agree then you know theres something wrong.

I will implement a new welfare system.
That is pretty much the same one in some countries.
But Specificially I will use an Unconditional cash transfer (UCT) instead of a Conditional cash transfer (CCT) method.
This means that people (etc) do not need to do anything in order to receive any welfare payments regardless of whats it for eg Different parts of life, unemployment, other etc.
This means all people (etc) have to do is sign up etc and you will get your payment periodically and as long as you report/ or keep in touch with the welfare organisation you will continued to get payment.
Why? Because I said so Thats why.

Welfare work is boring.
In fact 90% to 99% of the people or (etc as in other humanoid's) (And Jobs) are losers and are boring.
You are all losers.

(People as in Everyone as well as non human or half human or other).

I will also get rid of 60% or so of welfare workers depending on the country.
This also includes Government funded (Full or partial etc) organisations etc.
So If your country has a Public employment service, job search/ Employment/ Unemployment facility where they help you get a job and help with resume and other stuff.
I will cut the funding from them. (All of them).
Only those privately (etc) funded will be.
But any Government funded or helped will not.
Other Government facilities and organisations will also be assessed later.
*The only problem I can see with welfare is people who don't know proper english or the countries (etc) language that is used there.
So they need help and guidance.
But even that I don't care.
Someone in their family or so can easily help them.
If they don't have help then probably someone at one of these welfare facilities that would still be open even with the new system or whats left after the cut.

So it will be online, in person, mail, phone etc.

Even if you never signed up before.
You can do everything online. (Yes one or more countries already allow you to sign up online but).

Fill out the necessary/ required information.
You need to verify your identity with a number of approved identification items.
Once approved. (Either automatically by the government system or manually by the welfare employees).
You will start receiving welfare Asap (etc).
It will be periodically. Eg. Weekly or fortnightly or monthly etc).
You don't have to do anything else.
All you do is report (etc) or do what the agreement says to do.
In order to keep receiving payment.
Also depends on the reason why you are applying for welfare.
So in this new system you do not have to do anything (CCT (Like a CCT does)) as well as any other; Other then what the agreement says.

*This system is a life to death welfare system.
Meaning you get welfare from eg birth certificate to death certificate.
If your eligible.
Also if you are a citizen.
Non citizen I will deal with later. (As in I will think later since I haven't.).

So I will put together this system.
Mainly the online system.
The programmers will make this. (Just like they made the already existing welfare websites).
And I will have welfare employees managing these tasks as they already do. (Day to day task).
And employees carrying out all the other day to day task of the welfare system as they already do.
So I will need to retain onto some employees to carry out the boring work of filing papers, phone calls, date entry, details, and helping people, and so on.
So the end user can apply online or in person or mail or phone etc.
If you do not want to go in person.
Then you will never have to.

The government and non government groups and individuals will keep using the same security methods as they always do.

What's to stop people from working and applying for welfare instead.

If you get paid well above/ or more than what welfare people do.
Then you obviously won't leave.
If you do your job because of not the money then you won't leave. (Etc).
Also those on welfare will get paid what their getting paid now or idk I will see or decide later.
Also because if you leave your work/ Job someone else 'will??' take it.

If there is 6 people living in a house.
One works full time.

Because they (The Government/ Country/ Population) don't need anymore workers since the produce from the work already provides for everyone.
Then why look for work.

You should try to get out of it. (Should because some people seem to supposedly accept it).

That means If you want to better your position.
You will go look for work.
If you find it.

Thats just how it is.

*People (Etc) or majority or many will spend most their time working or looking for work.

*If some people (etc) are not able to get products or services; Like more higher income earners.
That means there is a resource problem.

I will not make cuts in Preschool, Kindergarten, Year 1, Year 7, Year 10, 11 and 12 (The final year).

Step 1. (For Developed countries (etc)/ Or Undeveloped or other Countries (etc) with a developed school/ Education system).
I will make cuts, changes, edits, to financial, resources, other of a school (etc).
This may be temporary or not.

Step 2. After I have taken care of important issues. (Like homeless, debt, military, etc.)
I will even return the School System to the way it was.
Or implement a new system.

*So in developed School Systems etc.
Those currently undertaking school.
This is one or so of the reason(s) why I did not make major cuts or get rid of 50 % or so of Teachers.
Because students are still currently undertaking the current system.
Instead my current conclusion is to just make cuts here and there on school years that I think are not as important as other years.
*I also have no problem with cutting all the teachers as well. (In order for my goals to be achieved.).
Then either restore it to the step 1 or step 2 etc.

In fact that money used to pay the education system I can use to pay the debt and other goals.

I will be putting up a digital/ online curriculum of each year and things that the student and their caretaker's etc can follow in their own time.
Which would be put on the Education Website.

*So even if there are less teachers and other.
*Those who will do good will do good.
Those who do poorly in school will continue to do poorly in school regardless.

*You know there are probably people (etc) in undeveloped countries (etc) teaching education for free or whatever agreements.

*The school days will resume as usual.

*The teacher will start the curriculum from the start of the year to the end of the year etc.

*The curriculum will continue to go ahead with or without the student understanding it.

*Where as a martial arts or competency based qualification will require you to pass the required competencies in order to move on.

It continues on regardless if the student understands or not.

*So even if there is lack of teachers or so on.

*Or we may hire people (etc) who will agree to work on less pay or whatever.

*So the curriculum for each year will continue regardless if the student understands or not as which is the current system.

*Thus those who will do good.
Will continue to do good.
And those who do not so good.
Will continue to fail in school.

*I guess if there is not enough teachers etc.

*School is a place where you go to get baby sitted for a number of hours a day whilst your parents go to work. (Accept those parents (etc) or so who stay at home, or other). (And some students who get home, their parents (etc) may not be home).

*Some people say All you need is Kindergarten. (etc).

Everytime the teacher tells us to get our books (or text books) out.

My Government will stop all payments to private schools as well as other agreements.
However my Government can make agreements with any private school or other if I decide to in cases of situations that arise.

Because it may be cost effective to keep the private schools around because the Government only funds partial or so of it as I understand.

I will implement a forced public school for those students Or private schools I stopped funding too.
As in if the school closes down.
Then I will put the students in Public schools.
If the private school are able to fund it self. (Then yea.)

If a private school is closing down.
My Government will do.
Either we will buy the school building if they agree to sell it to us. (Or Whatever agreement).
So that the students who went to that school do not have to relocate.
But yes I will put in a public education system.

If they will not sell us the building.
I will build a new school at or near as possible to the old school
And relocate them there.

I will relocate them to a current existing public school.

I hate everyone.

If I was homeless I would donate/ vote for that Party because I Know they are the only one who will get me a house.
